I'm Mike Ripberger, founder of High Season AI. I started this company to solve problems I experienced firsthand during my 10 years as CTO at TixTrack.​​

Like many growing startups, we were laser-focused on delivering features and securing new customers—documentation was rarely a priority. But as our products grew more sophisticated, we found ourselves dealing with mounting documentation debt. Updating documentation became increasingly challenging, responsibilities were unclear, and critical information from support resolutions often never made it into our official documentation.
